Registration process streamlining!

and security in the registration process, for faster processing.

Compliance Enhancements

The MyVideoTalk India Compliance Team has initiated the following enhancements to streamline the Administrative and Back Office Operations for 2009.

Due to overwhelming requests for transfers of ID's, Name Changes and Genealogy Changes, with immediate effect all of the above have to be declined until further notice.

We've had many instance's of manipulation in regards to our earlier policy's and now it's causing a feeling of cheating in the system. The following Policy's and Procedures are in immediate effect:

Please review very carefully all the enhancements below!

1) Business Transfers or Sponsor Changes of any kind are not allowed.


2) Name Changes are not allowed.

3) All Representatives must register at time of joining with a legal first name and last name, no company names alone will be allowed. A company name can be added only with a legal first and last name.

4) Official Offices of MVT India are located in New Delhi and any other office in India can't be labeled as a corporate office, regional office, branch office, city office etc. All other offices in India will have to be labeled as an independent representative sales office and are subject to company approval first.

5) Genealogy changes will only be accepted within the first 72 hours of joining and the representative can't have a downline below them. This type of genealogy change is only for left to right leg or vice verse. Again changing of sponsor is not allowed at any time.

6) For the following types of payments there is a Rs.700 per Representative ID service charge effective 8 January 2009 forward:
Cash deposits, online cash transfers, check deposits, swipe card transactions, NEFT Transfers.
If using any of these payment options, please include the Rs.700 service charge per ID when remiting funds for product purchase.

7) Demand drafts mailed to New Delhi Head Office will not require a service charge.
All Demand Drafts will need to arrive at the office by Wednesday 4:00p.m. IST to be credited for the current week.
ID's will not be activated in advance at anytime. The demand draft will physically need to be in the office for activation.

8) All Credit Card purchases will require a verification form to be filled out by each individual using a credit card.
