Foreign Trip and Training Event of a Lifetime! Dear MyVideoTalkers, Are you qualified for the Special Thailand Promotion yet ??? One week remains !! Exciting details below on the most incredible event for MVT in 2009! This email is for all those who have qualified and for those who are trying to qualify this final week. Below you will find the many different events that will make up your Thailand experience. Your full itinerary is listed below for each day of the event. Please be sure to take a look at the "Rules and Regulations'' portion of this email for any further clarifications. Itinerary The Foreign Trip of a Lifetime! All Qualifiers for the Thailand Promotion will enjoy the following: 3 nights and 4 days in the country of Thailand Airline Ticket and All transfers to and from airport in Thailand World Class Resort Hotels are booked in 2 cities Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners Higher Level Education and Leadership Conference Entertainment at various events Tours of the city Conference Material's Gala Dinner And much more !! Flights leave New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore on the 27th Morning (which is after midnight on the 26th). All flights land in Bangkok between the hours of 5:00 A.M. & 6:00 A.M. Tour Conference Operators will process your Visas at the airport upon arrival. The cost of $30 USD is to be paid to the tour operator by each representative attending the conference. Day 1: Upon leaving the Airport in Bangkok, you will start your adventure with a full half day city tour of Bangkok. This is followed by a luncheon at a selected restaurant. You will then be transported to the Amari WaterGate Hotel, One of the best 5 star rated properties in Bangkok. Check-in to the Hotel will begin at this point and you can get settled into your rooms. Registration for the Conference will be done between 2:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. All participants are required to pre-register and pick up there conference badges and materials on the 27th itself. All Functions will require you to have your badge to attend any organized event of MyVideoTalk Please bring Valid Identification for the registration (Passport or Pan Card Only). THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE CONFERENCE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER WITHOUT YOUR BADGE! Dinner will be served that evening for all participants of the conference. After dinner , you then have free time at your leisure to enjoy shopping, entertainment, sightseeing and nightlife (although we recommend to make it an early night, so you don't miss the next day!) . Day 2: Rise and Shine to what will be an Amazing day from MyVideoTalk! Get some fuel in you at breakfast in the morning and then make your way to the conference. You will need to pass a security check to enter the conference, so again you will need your conference badge. A special wrist band will be given prior to entry of the conference. Full Comprehensive Leadership Training will be given. The conference will be inclusive of standard coffee/tea breaks as well as lunch being served in the Amari Ball Room. Once the Conference ends, you will have some downtime to soak in all the information and high level network marketing training that was shared with you. This can be a great time to collaborate with your team members who are at the event as well to your teams back home via the newly launched MyVideoWebCast. We'll end the day with a Gala Dinner hosted By U.S.A. Corporate. The dinner will also have a special "Awards & Recognition" Ceremony as well. Day 3: We start our day again with a great breakfast and after breakfast, we'll begin checking out of the hotel. You'll then board Luxury coaches and will be taken to Pattaya Beach. The Hotel We've selected for you in Pattaya Beach is none other than the: Jomting Palm Beach Pattaya. Yet another 5 star property awaits your arrival to bask in the sun and enjoy the sites of this magnificent beach resort. After Check- In you will then be taken on the famous "Coral Island City Tour" This tour will have a lunch that will be served to us as well. Coming back to the hotel, you'll again have a bunch of free time, to go to the spa, shopping, walk the streets of Pattaya, more sightseeing, and team socializing and fun. One more Dinner is on the list of events to share your memories and experiences with each other at this function. Day 4: Breakfast in the morning and you have a free session to once more take in the city before departing back to Bangkok. Once you arrive in Bangkok, you'll be taken directly to the airport for your return flight home. **Note: All schedules and exact timings for every event will be included in your registration packet. This will ensure that you are not late or left behind for any of the functions. Qualifiers Rules & Regulations Important Details Qualification Dates: February 7th-23rd Since the 23rd is a bank holiday, Only Demand Drafts that have been dated (by the bank) on the 21st will be excepted towards the promotion. Only Demand Drafts that were made by the bank on the 21st can be delivered to the Delhi Office no later than the 24th by 5:00 p.m. Sharp! Nothing will be excepted after that time, no exceptions. All joinings will need to have a join date prior to the 23rd for qualification to have a Demand Draft payment be applied to it. All Qualifications for the promotion have to send in a global support ticket by the 28th of February with all 14 I.D.'s that are being used for the qualification listed in the ticket. You will be disqualified and loose your promotion, if a ticket is sent in after the 28th. You will also be disqualified for sending an incomplete ticket on the 28th and then updating on the 1st of March! If you are unable to attend the conference in person, prior approval is required from Corporate for a substitute attendee, a fee will apply. Cost of Transfer of Qualification to another Person to Attend in your place: Rs. 10,000 per person. Information on transfer must be submitted by March 5, 2009 We will not give out any other alternative rewards (cash, another foreign trip, etc) to qualified achievers to this promotion, who can not attend for any reason. Non-Qualifiers Costing, Rules & Regulations Costing, Rules & Regulations We have limited space available for non-qualifiers who wish to attend. These spaces are available through putting in a support ticket to corporate and paying MVT directly for the tour package. Once the conference is at capacity, we will close the extra reservations and no other bookings or attendees will be allowed. There are no refunds of any kind for any reservation or fees paid for this trip. Deadline to pay for the package is March 5th, 2009 and there will be no refunds or cancellations. There will be no payments excepted at the event itself and you will not be able to attend the conference or any functions. Cost of the full package trip including the 1 day conference for the non-qualifiers (Reps who have not qualified or Spouses or Family members): Rs.45,000 per person. All payments must be made by March 5th prior to the event! If you want to fly to Bangkok on your own without the special MVT package, the cost of just the 1 day Conference + Conference Material is Rs.25000 per person. Airfare, hotel, tours, transfers, breakfast, lunch and dinners are NOT included. Additionally cost of Gala Dinner is Rs. 5,000 per person There will be absolutely no sales of conference training tickets or gala dinner tickets at the event in Bangkok.
