Important:
All Qualifications for the promotion have to send in a global support ticket by the 28th of February with all 14 I.D.'s that are being used for the qualification listed in the ticket.
You will be disqualified and loose your promotion, if a ticket is sent in after the 28th. You will also be disqualified for sending an incomplete ticket on the 28th and then updating on the 1st of March!

Costing, Rules & Regulations
We have limited space available for non-qualifiers who wish to attend. These spaces are available through putting in a support ticket to corporate and paying MVT directly for the tour package.
Once the conference is at capacity, we will close the extra reservations and no other bookings or attendees will be allowed.
There are no refunds of any kind for any reservation or fees paid for this trip.
Deadline to pay for the package is March 5th, 2009 and there will be no refunds or cancellations. There will be no payments excepted at the event itself and you will not be able to attend the conference or any functions.
Cost of the full package trip including the 1 day conference for the non-qualifiers (Reps who have not qualified or Spouses or Family members): Rs.45,000 per person.
You will need to purchase item 460 - Foreign Trip Thailand in your back office. As soon as you have completed this contact Global Support and complete arrangements. All payments must be made by March 5th prior to the event!
If you want to fly to Bangkok on your own without the special MVT package, the cost of just the 1 day Conference + Conference Material is Rs.25000 per person.
Airfare, hotel, tours, transfers, breakfast, lunch and dinners are NOT included.
Additionally cost of Gala Dinner is Rs. 5,000 per person
There will be absolutely no sales of conference training tickets or gala dinner tickets at the event in Bangkok. Purchase Deadline is March 5th, 2009 prior to event.
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, prior approval is required from Corporate for a substitute attendee, a fee will apply.
Cost of Transfer of Qualification to another Person to Attend in your place: Rs. 10,000 per person. Information on transfer must be submitted by March 5, 2009
We will not give out any other alternative rewards (cash, another foreign trip, etc) to qualified achievers to this promotion, who can not attend for any reason.
